Loft céntrico cerca de Expo y Americana

I would not stay here again & wouldn't recommend it to anyone needing somewhere longer than a night. Positive: The location itself was great, there were a lot of great places to eat/drink in walking distance. The condo was modern and we appreciated that the kitchen area was well-equipped. We liked that a code was required for locking/unlocking the doors and entering the building, as opposed to carrying around physical keys. Negative: No elevators and our room was on the 4th floor, carrying luggage the first day and when checking out was not fun. Water leaked under the shower door EVERY time we used it and since the bathroom was tiny, water would be all over the floor and took forever to air-dry; we didn't use our towels because when I asked one of the cleaning ladies if we can please have fresh towels since we were only provided 2 total and were there for 6 nights, she told me I'd have to ask the administrator and she couldn't just swap them out like you'd expect from a hotel. A significant amount of water also leaked through the front door when it rained. Since there wasn't an air conditioner, it got REALLY hot inside unless we left the window open (still pretty warm but tolerable). The kind of blinds that are on the window are the kind that roll upwards. Because of the layout of the buildings, another condo's window was facing ours so if/when we both had our blinds open to let in light or fresh air, we can see straight into each other's rooms so there wasn't much privacy. Speaking of privacy, my partner and I were taking a midday break one afternoon when somebody totally barged in on us! I think it was an employee or someone who must've known the code to unlock the door or used a universal code and thankfully all we were doing was laying down watching tv but it's very concerning that someone did that. To top that all off, the bed was super uncomfortable and rock hard. I don't mind a stiff mattress but this was beyond that. I'm a side sleeper and my hips were literally in pain every morning so I started wrapping socks around the sides of my underwear to have some kind of cushion and comfort.

Positive: The Lofts were good and comfortable, with all facilities. Relatively close to the historic center.

Positive: Muy central Negative: No tiene aire acondicionado, solo unos ventiladores que no ventilan casi y el calor es muy fuerte, eso no me gustó y el agua del lugar huele horrible, no sé si es de la ciudad como mal y del lugar

Positive: Ubicación, instalación acorde a lo ofrecido, de fácil acceso Negative: El ventilador no ayudaba mucho:(

Positive: La ubicación es buena y el dormitorio muy cómodo. Negative: No tiene elevador, lo cual lo hace dificil si te toca en el 4to piso. Le vendría bien aire acondicionado, porque es dificil abrir la ventana ya que por el tipo de cortina esta se mueve mucho por el aire y es molesto el ruido del golpeteo, y ni como subir la cortina porque la ventana está orientada hacia el cubo de escaleras y otras habitaciones asi que no hay privacidad si la abres.
